Bailey Hall Addition
The project involved the design of a new youth hall for a church located in historic downtown Indianola. The 5,600 square foot addition included a multipurpose room to seat 250, with a raised performance area and sound equipment booth, Sunday School classrooms, and a music room. Support spaces include a kitchen, public restroom, and storage.
An entrance canopy to the street approach side highlights the new building, attracting visitors through a glass vestibule. Materials were chosen to match the character of the existing historic church, including brick veneer, cast stone, and architectural shingles.
