Beard + Riser was hired to develop a campus master plan to the 90,000 square foot FBC Tupelo facility. The planning process included analysis to align the church’s mission and buildings, capturing core values and developing appropriate spaces. The outcome included design of a large gathering area, where members could fellowship between service times, and that could double as a usable flex space. This Commons Area became the central organizing theme and the impetus for other space programming. The first phase, demolition and rebuilding of a new day school, is under construction at a cost of $6.8 million.
