The design features a large event space and attached residential quarters for a wedding venue and other family functions.  A two-level residential area featuring (how many) bedroom and living suites connects to the event space through a multipurpose sunroom that can be shared. Exposed structural steel is contrasted by natural wood and stone material finishes to give a rustic but elegant look.
