We're a 7-person studio seeking a Project Architect who wants creative design license, mentorship, and a real path to firm leadership.

Our work spans: community centers, custom residences, cultural and educational projects, historic preservation — all grounded in honest materials and clear purpose.
What You'll Do

Project ownership under guidance from the principals, from schematic design through closeout

Lead coordination with consultants, clients, and contractors

Mentor and assist team on Revit production, drawing standards, and detailing

Conduct site observations and maintain quality control through rigorous field inspections

Shape studio culture, open communication, and contribute to design dialogue

What You Bring

Professional architecture degree (B.Arch. or M. Arch.)

10+ years’ experience with strong project management track record
-
Design sensibility paired with technical depth

Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Licensure preferred (or NCARB reciprocal eligibility)

Commitment to working in-person in our growing Oxford office
What We Offer

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
