The project included renovations to a historic home on a tree-lined boulevard. The 5,500 square foot project involved complete interior and exterior restorations, including updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, windows, doors, and flooring, as well as replacing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

The client sought federal and state historic preservation tax credits and the project included successful approval from Mississippi Department of Archives and History.
