A live-work space was designed in an original space that was an open warehouse above a former Otasco Hardware Store. An existing column line bisected by a skylight, intact beaded board ceilings and original plaster walls provided inspiration for the design. Existing multi-colored plaster walls were left remaining and framed by new partitions, leaving plaster appearing as paintings within the space. Large wooden rolling wall panels separated living area and studio space.
