The 2,285 square foot cottage, located in a rural Mississippi setting, was designed for a non-profit  to house visiting administrators.  Given the small site footprint, a two story solution was developed, with each floor featuring individual entries from the north-facing front porch.  The units were designed to be efficient, each with two bedrooms, two baths, and a common kitchen and living area.  A common laundry facility was provided at the central hall downstairs.
